Come in costume and be ready to have some fun when you ride our decorated Halloween train round-trip departing from our Lake Placid Station. Keep a look out for the ghosts, goblins, witches, and more that haunt our rails at this time of year. Your layover at the Saranac Lake Depot awaits with decorations and refreshments. Children in costume will receive one free pumpkin while the supply lasts. Have some fun participating in our Halloween Costume Contest!

While you’re on the train, visit our café car and try the breakfast or lunch special as you ride the rails on the Adirondack Scenic Railroad!
