Explore the scenic views and natural beauty of the famous Adirondack Mountains on this all day Canoe & Rail Adventure. This all day excursion begins with a relaxing train ride on the Adirondack Scenic Railroad departing from the Lake Placid Station at 10:30am. Upon arrival in Saranac Lake, take a short walk to the St. Regis Canoe Outfitters where you will begin your journey paddling down the Saranac River by canoe or kayak. Transportation will be provided from the river back to the Saranac Lake Depot where you will depart by train at 3:30pm and return to Lake Placid at approximately 4:15pm.
