ARPS Meeting
December 3, 2011, 9am
Utica Train Station
Anyone planning on attending needs to notify Edee Partridge @ 315-724-1748. Anyone planning to attend also needs to notify Edee the Tuesday prior to the meeting such that we can plan an appropriately sized meeting room.
Meeting Participation:
To avoid the confusion we have recently experienced, please note the following: To be on the agenda and participate in the meeting, please attend in person and have your request submitted at least 5 days prior to the meeting so that the agenda can be completed and distributed in a timely way. Beginning with the February Board Meeting and roughly quarterly thereafter, each meeting will close with an informal session where everyone can bring topics to be considered for the next meeting, but at the meeting location.
