This train offers mountain bikers the opportunity to take their bicycles north to Carter Station and then ride their bicycles back to Thendara which offers ten miles of Adirondack trails. Trails open 6-23-10 ~ 9-14-10 Bring your own or rent one.

Wood Walk

Depart Thendara 12pm
Retired NYS forester & naturalist, Bernie Davies, will travel with
us from Thendara to Carter discussing the sights along the way. At
Carter, Bernie will lead us on a nature walk in the Carter area before returning to Thendara. The walk is approximately 1 1/2 hours.
