We are establishing “ARPS Equipment Trust “The Trust
will be used to purchase, maintain, and upgrade ARPS rolling stock.

Annual required ongoing Equipment Maintenance: $ 250,000.00

Required/Needed Locomotives immediately: $ 700,000.00

Required Repair/Maintenance on Passenger Cars and
Existing locomotives: $ 550,000.00

Total: $ 1,500,000.00
Goal: $ 1,500,000.00
